There were many slowdowns due to roadwork pretty much all the way across the country, but only a few that involved stop-and-go traffic and long delays. The cats continued to complain. They had a dinner menu you could order from and have it delivered to your site! Most of the dinner options had meat, but I ordered some sides of tater tots, broccoli, and garlic bread and made a good meal. There were also some short trails through nearby lava beds that were very scenic.
